What are the latest upgrades?

Both the two-door Audi A5 coupe and convertible get a facelift for 2020. The 2020 model has a redesigned grille, modified front and back bumpers, and new tailpipes, all of which make it stand out from the 2019 model. A new 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen replaces the 7.0- and 8.3-inch displays from last year and runs upgraded software. The S Line interior look kit, which includes a flat-bottomed steering wheel, leather, and faux-suede covered seats, brushed aluminum trim, and stainless steel sport pedals, is now available on coupe versions.

Engine, Transmission, and Performance

The A5's turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine produces 248 horsepower, which is more than enough for a fast two-door. The cabin of the A5 is stylish, sophisticated, and well-built, and the design will undoubtedly survive the test of time. Every panel in the A5's cabin exudes excellence. A mechanical arm pushes the seatbelt within easy reach of your left shoulder as you slide behind the thick-rimmed, leather-wrapped steering wheel.

The seat bottoms are narrow, but they give adequate comfort and support for extended highway drives, and a manual thigh extension should satisfy long-legged passengers. Everything appears to be well-made, long-lasting, and sturdy. The only thing missing is a genuine sense of elegance.

The padding on the armrests isn't well-padded, and other high-end features like heated back seats and a power-adjustable steering wheel are just lacking. The coupe's spacious trunk and flexible, flat-folding rear seatbacks offer surprising load capacity: With the back seats folded, we were able to accommodate 16 carry-on suitcases inside.

It's a shame that the numerous storage bins and cubbies don't adhere to the same rules. Smartphones, food, and other tiny items will readily fit, while bulkier stuff like big water bottles will be left without a home.
